What was good: the bathroom and bedding was clean and it was pretty quiet. Where they need to improve: I checked in at the front desk, went to my room and I was in the room for about 5 minutes when someone opened the entrance door to the room because the front desk also checked them into the same room.

VERY AWKWARD! Next issue is the heater in the room did not work, so it was quite chilly. The hallway outside of the room was much warmer than inside my room.

When I checked out I told the front desk about the heater issue, it was too early and there was no manager on duty.

She promised that a manager would reach out to me. It's been a week and no one has reached out to me. I go to Vegas for business quite frequently, unfortunately I will not be staying here in the future.

A casino only review. Finally made it into the Green Valley Casino but it definitely will not be my last time. I know casinos are not up to full capacity right now but the Green Valley Ranch casino had a nice look to it and was very clean.

They had a great selection of restaurants and the staff was very friendly. All of the trash cans were fitted on top with Clorox wipes dispensers which were located all around.

Nice selection of games and nice looking casino for locals who want to stay away from all the visitors of the Las Vegas strip.

Awful restaurants and awful gaming. Zero redeeming values for this awful dump! There are far superior places to stay.

The hotel website claimed the pool was open until December 1st; it was closed upon our arrival on Nov 26th.

The hotel placed an extremely noisy and belligerent family next to us whose children were screaming at the top of their lungs for hours we went to dinner; came back hours later and the screaming continued.

All they were willing to offer us was a dissimilar room features of room were not the same as what we booked and paired for. When I asked to speak to a manager Name: Austin- asst manager of the property he informed me that there were unwilling to do anything else to help us despite the issue being with the guests next to us.
